Volunteer
We are happy that you are interested in becoming a volunteer at Edible Education Experience (EEE). As a volunteer, you are special! This is your opportunity to play an active role in serving Central Florida area students and the community. Your efforts will bring happiness to others and a sense of personal fulfillment you will find hard to beat. **Please note that we are currently only accepting volunteers who are 18+ years old.
As a volunteer you will have the opportunity to:
Learn more about the Edible Education Experience and support our mission & vision
Share your knowledge, wisdom, and experience with others
Enjoy the pleasures that come with helping those in need
Meet new people, develop new skills, and discover new experiences
Maintain and improve students’ mental and physical health
Volunteer tasks might include:
Guide and oversee students as a table captain, walking them through food preparation while allowing them to problem solve and work independently
Assist in back of house with
Dishwashing
Folding laundry
Prepping ingredients
Cleaning tables & putting away stools
Event set-up and take-down
Additional tasks but are not limited to:
Marketing
Fundraising
Photography/Videography
Professional skills

Individual Volunteers
As an individual, you can fill out the volunteer application (link at bottom of the page).
Our Volunteer Coordinator will contact you about meeting in person at the Kitchen House & Garden.
Group Volunteers
Volunteering as a small group (15 or less) can be a meaningful way to organize a team bonding experience at the Kitchen House & Garden.
Garden Volunteers
You are invited to volunteer in the Culinary Garden and learn the basics of our gardening practices with our Garden Educator, Mr. Jones. Garden volunteering is a recurring opportunity throughout the year.
