Brie & Honeycomb Amuse Bouche

A great complement to any meal is an amuse-bouche. This French term refers to a dish that can be eaten in one bite and is used to prepare the palate for the dinner to come. Brie cheese topped with local honeycomb is a great starter dish. It can be eaten room temperature or baked in the oven and pairs nicely with fresh herbs like rosemary for thyme.

As a reminder, EEE recipes are designed as part of an experience at the Kitchen House. Please keep that in mind as you embark on your kitchen adventures! There may be some critical thinking involved and even creativity! What's important is that you have fun, it's challenging, and you learn something along the way. We look forward to hearing about your experience and hope you'll post a photo, too! Tag Edible Ed for a repost, and show off your culinary creations!
