Plant-Forward Baking

A transformative cooking class that celebrates the power and potential of plant-based ingredients in creating exceptional baked goods.  Throughout the class, you'll explore a variety of plant-based ingredients, from whole grains and nuts to fruits, vegetables, and herbs. With a focus on creativity and experimentation, this workshop is designed to empower participants with the knowledge and techniques needed to craft flavorful, satisfying baked goods that are not only better for personal health but also kind to the environment.

Meet Your Educator, Chef Oprah Davidson

Chef Oprah Davidson is an award-winning pastry chef, educator, and garden enthusiast who brings flavor and joy to every kitchen she enters.  Currently the Executive Pastry Chef at Interlachen Country Club in Winter Park, Oprah has earned accolades including first-place wins in America’s Best Raisin Bread Contest and the Perfect Puree Art of Flavor Competition. Her passion for sweets led her through iconic kitchens like Orlando’s Ritz-Carlton, NYC’s Institute of Culinary Education, and Christina Tosi’s Milk Bar.  Chef Davidson blends global experience with a love for nature to inspire joyful, creative, and therapeutic baking.
