Discover the art of food and community at an intimate evening led by talented chefs, featuring bespoke, garden-inspired menus.
Step into an evening where food, community, and stories come together. Led by Central Florida’s most talented chefs, each month’s intimate gathering is a chance to savor a bespoke menu inspired by our Culinary Garden. You’ll watch the magic unfold, connect with other food lovers, and hear the chef’s personal stories and inspirations. It’s more than a meal—it’s an unforgettable connection to the art of food.
This month, join us in welcoming the talented duo hawking Asian street fare in the Mills 50 District at Hawkers Asian Street Food. Enjoy a multi-course culinary showcase by Chefs Allen Lo and Robert Walker.
Focused primarily on generations-old family recipes, the Hawkers menu highlights the characteristics that make street food so special: vibrancy, boldness, and distinction seamlessly working together to create an explosion of flavors that can best be described in one word – adventure.
Meet Your Chef, Allen Lo
Born in Kedah, Malaysia, Chef Lo was raised with the bold, unapologetic flavors and textures filling hawker stalls across the streets of Asia. Opening first in Orlando, Hawkers Asian Street Food now has 15 locations across seven states and was named an official 2022 Michelin Guide Recommendation – an esteemed honor the restaurant has maintained every year since.
