Why not get a little Uncommon with your event? Debuting in Orlando in 2015, Uncommon Catering has dedicated itself to that personal touch only a boutique operation can offer. Taking on a very limited number of clients, Travis Smith and Tara Vernau-Smith find joy in working with you from start to finish to create the event of your dreams. “We are your first point of contact, and the “thank you” hug at the end of the night.”
Travis and Tara will introduce you to a diverse dining menu, starting with a group Tasting Experience for wedding couples or event hosts where you’ll sample 30-40 of their signature dishes. Customizations are welcome at this stage of menu planning; Uncommon is very in tune with the details that make an occasion unforgettable for each and every guest. To help along that goal, Travis and Tara recommend one of their stunning cheese and charcuterie tablescapes.
Your menu will be complemented by wine, beer, and a gourmet coffee and tea station. Also included in every package is a refreshing herb-and-fruit infused water to sip on throughout the event. Uncommon welcomes parties up to the capacity of the Kitchen House for occasions of any kind. Whether it’s formal dining or small plates, you’ll be served innovative recipes cooked fresh on site.
