Chef Fabrizio Schenardi, Executive Chef at Four Seasons Resort Orlando, wants students at Edible Education Experience (EEE) to know that cooking is not always easy! To Chef Fabrizio and the students he inspires, that’s part of the beauty. Challenging yourself in the kitchen not only expands your understanding of food and where it comes from, but adds dramatically to the fulfillment you can find in a good relationship with food. This mindset is right at home at EEE, where we strive to help constituents realize the myriad interconnected ways that food affects wellbeing, and find joy in approaching them.
Chef Fabrizio’s cooking philosophy centers around simple ingredients using the freshest produce available, which means supporting local growers. That close connection between farmer and chef is something he appreciates about EEE, as we serve as the bridge between industry professionals and community members, bringing people closer to the food they eat and developing strong community bonds. Chef Fabrizio enjoys working with our younger students, where he can see the bold excitement he inspires with skillful demonstrations and hands-on guidance. Large events are where he shines, in his element in the fast-paced adventure of creating magic for a crowd. At fundraisers, he enjoys mingling with guests and local chefs with the same great passion.
