Explore the flavors of ancient Greece while uncovering the myths and legends that shaped its culinary traditions. From ambrosia to olives, this class will bring mythology to life through hands-on cooking.

Meet Our Culinary Educator, Sarah Bousfield

Sarah Bousfield first learned how to bake on a 1882 wood burning stove at her local living history museum while working as a historical interpreter. Over the past 12 years she has travelled the world cooking at archaeological sites and museums, bringing to life prehistoric and historic recipes. Sarah is a current MA Public History graduate student at the University of Central Florida where she continues her love of foodways through research on the Industrial Revolution and its impacts on kitchen technology.
