Chef Fonzo’s extensive culinary travels have him well-versed in Spanish, Greek, Mediterranean, and French cuisines, but his blood runs Italian red and guests know him best for his sumptuous homemade pastas. His menus change with the seasons, so La Tavola fans are always discovering new favorites. 

Flexible in form, an event catered by Kevin Fonzo can look many different ways according to your need. A traditional La Tavola dinner sits 16-30 guests around family-style tables, and Chef Fonzo also welcomes reception style small plate evenings accommodating up to 50, as well as hands-on cooking or demo classes. Menus are crafted with dietary restrictions in mind, and Chef Fonzo strives to meet all client requests with the philosophy that family dinner means there is something for everyone. Dinners typically end with a heartening espresso to round out the night, and Chef Fonzo tells his guests “you bring the juice” when it comes to beer and wine, offering advice for the perfect wine choices.
